My name is Paul, but I have had the nickname Tibs, or Tibbs, or Thibbs for over 2 decades now. My homebase is in New York City. The Lower East Side to be exact, in downtown Manhattan. Software Engineering is how is one of my first hobbies and how I pay the bills. Scuba Diving and the underwater world was an interest at a young age, but did not start until I was about 17 years old.

I prefer finding areas with less tourists, beautiful corals, and welcoming culture. When not diving, I want to learn, interact, and meet people. How it goes from there is all organic.

For photo/video setup, I use an iPhone 15 Pro, GoPro Hero 11 Black, Insta360 Ace Pro 2, SeaLife Dragon 6000F. I also have some add-on Inon lenses for ultrawide and close up that attach to my GoPro.

For anything beyond quick clips, I do my video editing in Adobe Premiere. PADI Advanced Openwater, AIDA 2 Freediver.
